Feelingprofit stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you’re happy with your gear. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 60 days of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, altered or used.
Final Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Returns without the original receipt must reference the order number, which you may reprint from your order confirmation email. For customer convenience all orders are shipped with a prepaid FedEx shipping label.
RETURNS BY FEDEX:
- Keep the order summary portion of your shipping form as well as your order number and FedEx tracking number from the prepaid FedEx shipping label.
- On the Return Form, note the reason for the return: e.g. wrong item shipped; wrong color, etc. and include the form in the box.
- Use the pre-addressed prepaid FedEx shipping label and drop the package off at any FedEx location or drop box.
WHAT IF I LOST MY RETURN SLIP?
If you do not have the mailing label from the original packing slip please use a signature-required service such as FedEx or UPS to send your return back to us. Please do not use the US Postal Service (USPS). If you choose to use USPS, Feelingprofit cannot guarantee delivery of your returned package.
Once your return is received and processed, your purchase will be credited to your initial form of payment for the product price plus any applicable taxes. (Please note that refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase, not to a different credit card.)
WHEN WILL I GET CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
We’ll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Received returns are generally processed within three business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority.
Please note that Feelingprofit is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery. Please have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. Feelingprofit.com will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
